Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

All products at mirakelita are digital. You receive them immediately after purchase, as a download or direct access. Because you have your product in your hands right away, returns are generally not possible. Just like a movie you've already watched. 🎬 What this means legally depends on where you live. You'll find the details below.

But this matters to us: we won't leave you on your own with it. If something isn't right – a download doesn't work, you accidentally bought twice or anything else is off – write to us anytime at support@mirakelita.com. We'll look into it personally and find a solution. Promise. 💗

Your statutory warranty rights, for example in the case of a faulty file, remain unaffected in any case.

Customers in Switzerland and outside the EU and the United Kingdom

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. If you live in Switzerland or in a country outside the EU and the United Kingdom, withdrawal is therefore excluded, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Estevao Sales, sole proprietorship of Rakel Estevao, Altmannsteinstrasse 5, 8181 Höri, Switzerland, email: support@mirakelita.com, phone: +41 79 906 80 17) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. an e-book as a download), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun performance of the contract after you have
1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and
3. received from us a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (by email) recording your consent and acknowledgement.

You give your consent and acknowledgement before purchase by ticking the box in the cart. You receive the confirmation with your order confirmation email. Delivery begins immediately after your payment.
